Child Safety & CSAE Policy

At where iz AB ("WERZ"), we are committed to creating a safe and respectful space for all users. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across all areas of our app and services.

1              Our Standards

WERZ strictly prohibits:

·               Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

·               Any attempts to engage, groom, or coerce minors in any form of sexual activity.

·               The sharing of explicit images, solicitations, or messages involving minors.

These violations are considered severe and will lead to immediate account suspension, removal of content, and—where appropriate—reporting to relevant legal authorities.

2              Detection & Enforcement

To support a secure environment:

·               Our team actively moderates content and investigates all reported violations.

·               We monitor in-app activity and use both automated tools and human review to detect and act upon harmful behavior.

·               Users can report content or behavior directly from within the app, specifically within comments and chat message sections.

3              How to Report

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates this policy:

·               Use the in-app report function available in the relevant comment or chat message.

·               Or email us directly at ok@werz.at with as much detail as possible.

All reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially.

4              Our Commitment

WERZ complies with all applicable laws and regulations concerning child protection and online safety.

We also align with Google Play's policies on CSAE and are dedicated to ongoing improvements in safeguarding users.
